Molly Broemmelsiek will be taking on the role of SVP of Data Sales at GovExec, reporting to Constance (Connie) Sayers, Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Broemmelsiek previously worked with Connie Sayers and Tim Hartman at National Journal, a subsidiary of Atlantic Media, leading the sales and account management teams.

In this role, Molly will be responsible for managing all sales operations for GovExec’s federal data business, GovTribe, and working on data sales strategy and operations across the company. In addition, she will develop innovative approaches to achieve greater partnerships with government contractors, collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service, and oversee the first GovTribe User Conference slated for October 2023.

Prior to joining GovExec, Molly served as the chief revenue officer at The Block, a leading information services brand in the digital asset space, where she oversaw sales, account management, and revenue operations. Molly’s work helped in The Block’s rapid growth across its B2B subscription and sponsorship business lines and was responsible for managing and growing The Block into a $20M+ business during her tenure.
In her career before joining The Block, Molly was the vice president of sales of EVERFI, overseeing new client partnerships for EVERFI's Workplace Culture Network. She also spent nearly ten years leading sales and account management teams at National Journal, a subsidiary of Atlantic Media Company. Along with her sales and account management work at National Journal, she also helped to launch their Membership business in addition to their custom content platform.
Before that, she worked in customer success at Cvent and is a graduate of the University of Virginia. Molly currently resides in Washington, DC.
